DESIRE CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. Sound knowledge to follow Production Pipeline and produce complex matte painted elements at a high standard
2. Experienced to create painted environments and landscapes appropriate for the look of the respective project
3. Should be able to produce concept art that conveys the style, lighting and tone of assignment
4. Should complete paintings within deadline driven environment, per the expectations of the project
5. Strong composition, color & layout skills as well as knowledge of camera positioning essential
6. Strong knowledge of matte painting techniques. And should Demonstrates high proficiency in Photoshop and related software
7. Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art/Painting preferred
8. 8 plus years related experience in animation industry
